Tip 4 – Be the Happiest you can be within a 24 hour Period don’t frown Smile, Smile it takes more muscles to smile than to frown.
Tip 5 Get some exercise today get the endorphins working.

My Ten tips when going on a Job Interview
*Try to be Yourself – Don’t try to be someone else
*Be Enthusiastic in your interview process don’t go overboard though
*Make sure you have eye contact with the interviewer at least for 10 or 15 seconds before you look away, make sure with interviewer is talking that you give eye contact again so they know you are paying attention.
*Make sure you have the best Posture sit up straight and when being spoken to lean forward a little t5owards the interviewer.
*Leave your personal problems at home not in the interview, just discuss what is on your resume or CV.
*Know your resume and what you are applying for with the company your interviewing with and know important things about the company by studying information on the company prior to the interview
*Dress smartly for the interview this will help your confidence in the interview process. make sure you look good from head to toe.
*Practice , Practice your interview technique prior to the interview. Do role playing practice with someone,video tape yourself and watch your techniques if you can.
*Body Language is very important during the interview, Make sure you have a firm handshake and smile this is very important it shows confidence. Watch your hands during the interview.
* Don’t be nervous take a few breaths prior to speaking.
Pausing to collect your thoughts. Be on time for the interview. Deep breathing exercises help prior to the interview.
*Always be confident.
