The Chef, You
and I, is an hour reality based TV show that expresses in our
message every week that everyone needs to eat healthy, but not everyone
knows how to do so. The Program mission and purpose is to entertain
while educating our viewers. The show is 59 minutes in length and airs
twice a week on three channels and You Tube.

Our first Guest Dr. Brenda Shoshanna
author of “Fearless” is a psychologist in practice for over 25 years.

Our second live
in studio guest is Joni Aldrich best selling author and advocate and
Spokesperson for Cancer and Cancer Survivors. After the tragic loss of
her husband at a young age in 2006, Joni Aldrich has dedicated her life
to sharing her experience and research to help others survive cancer,
care giving and grief. Her books include The Saving of Gordon:
Lifelines to W-I-N Against Cancer, The Cancer Patient W-I-N Book: Our
Cancer Fight Journal, and The Losing of Gordon: A Beacon Through
the Storm Called “Grief.” Look for her newest book coming out in

Along with Ms. Aldrich is a Cancer Survivor
Mike Burns is an inspirational two-time lung cancer survivor. His cancer
was discovered by accident in 2000 after a car crash. After surgery to
remove 1/3 of his right lung and chemotherapy, he was in remission until
2009. This time the cancer came back in his bronchial tube, which landed
him into intensive care due to a collapsed left lung, chemotherapy and
radiation. Unfortunately, he is now facing more chemotherapy and
radiation for a reoccurrence in his adrenal glands. This is a powerful
story of survival of someone that never gives up and continues to help
and guide others in their fight to conquer this devastating disease!!! |
